In summary, your submission of a registration form (online or on-site) constitutes an offer to attend Tech Summit 2025 and, upon our acceptance, forms a binding contract. Registrations are personal, non-transferable, and subject to availability; we may change event details or cancel registrations at our discretion. No refunds are available except as required by law. Attendees must comply with our code of conduct, respect intellectual property rights, and follow all venue and security instructions. We implement reasonable data-protection measures in line with the IT Act, 2000, and SPDI Rules, but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmissions. Our liability is limited to the registration fee paid, and we disclaim all other warranties. These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute will be resolved in Mumbai courts. We may amend these terms at any time, and the version posted on our website at the time of the Summit will prevail.

Agreement to Terms

By registering for or attending Tech Summit 2025 (“Event”), you (“you/your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tech Summit (“we/our/us”).

Registration and Confirmation

Offer and Acceptance: Your submission of a registration form (directly or via an authorized representative) constitutes an offer to attend the Event. Acceptance occurs when we send you a confirmation email or—if no email is sent within fourteen (14) days of your submission—when you are allowed entry at the Event itself Tech Summit.
Capacity & Availability: All registrations are subject to capacity limits; we may close registration at any time without liability Tech Summit.
Personal Use: Registrations are personal and non-transferable; resale or transfer is prohibited and may result in denial of admission without refund.

Admission and Badge Use

Entry: Only confirmed registrants with a valid badge (physical or digital) will be admitted. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission at our sole discretion, including for security concerns or violation of these Terms.
Badge Scanning: By participating in networking or sponsor-managed areas where badge scanning is used, you consent to share your contact details with such third parties; we are not liable for their subsequent use of your data.

Event Changes and Cancellation

Program Changes: We may, without liability, modify the Event’s format, content, speakers, session times, or venue.
Event Cancellation: If we must cancel the Event for any reason, our sole obligation will be to refund your registration fee, if paid, or offer a credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of “no-show”.

Code of Conduct

Attendees must comply with all venue rules and any security or safety instructions. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate ejection without refund.

Intellectual Property

All presentations, materials, and recordings at the Event are protected by copyright and other IP laws; unauthorized recording, distribution, or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Event shall not exceed the amount of registration fees you paid, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

Data Protection and Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, published separately on our website, and in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011. We implement reasonable security practices (encryption, firewalls, access controls) but cannot guarantee data-transmission security over the Internet.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other force-majeure events.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. The Terms in effect at the time of the Event will apply.
